We began hosting in our beachfront condo at South Seas, Tower 3. We invested in the property so that we could come to the island and enjoy time at the beach, but also rent it out when we were not staying in the condo.
I’ve been involved in the hospitality, restaurant, and bowling business for my entire life, so hosting guests at our condo came naturally.
I love to hear why our guests are visiting, whether it’s their first time to the island or they come every year.
A year after purchasing our first condo we began searching for a second condo to rent, which led to a third and a fourth. We love to share our love of the island with our guests.
Recently I came across this description of Marco Island from a publication in 1984.
